BELOVO PAPER MILL S.A. is interested to reach and to prove a good environmental performance through impact control of its activities, products and services. To this aim the company supports and develops Environment management system according to 1S0 14001, as the part of managing system of the company and in particular of Quality management system.

The Enviromnent management system will be applied to the main activities, products and services, directly connected to the activity of the company-production of tissue paper, wet creped paper, MG and MF paper, pergamin, so as various converted household and hygienic products.

Our policy and all practical actions are based on the following main principles:

• Wide applied commitment for continuous improvement of the praxis through actions for prevention of pollution or reduction of their adverse impact;
• Evaluation of segnificant aspects connected with consumption of raw materials, pollution of environmental components following the legislation and other law requirements and their effective control;
• Strict follow up and control of the related to the company legislation and other requirements connected to the environment protection and to the production;
• To be familiar with enviromnental interests of the interrelated parties – partners, suppliers, clients, central and local authorities, all organizations and citizens;
• The present policy define and rewiew the global and concrete environmental goals.

This policy will be applied though:

• Identification and assessment of significant environmental impact of company's activity;
• introduction of up-to-date technologies, good production experiences and environment-friendly raw materials and materials;
• Establishment and implementation of environment management programs, at the aim to prevent/limit the pollution and continual improvement of the performance;
• Effective spending of the materials, raw materials and energy;
• Motivation of the staff and encouraging of concern for the environment.

Our environmental objectives and targets are defined in accordance with this policy and oriented to its effective and complete application.
All the staff of BELOV0 PAPER MILL S.A. is responsible for environment protection.
We expect all the staff to understand, help and support the implementation of this policy, apply it in the daily routine and make every effort to improve the company's activity for the environmental protection.
